Devotions for Lent

The North American Lutheran Church (NALC) is once again providing daily devotions during the season of Lent. This year’s devotional series is titled “I am God-You are my People” and was prepared by the Rev. Paull Spring, NALC Bishop Emeritus, and the Rev. Dr. Gemechis Buba, NALC Assistant to the Bishop for Missions. The devotional is centered on two themes. The first is a selection of Biblical passages in which God is addressed as the “Great I Am.” The second is a selection of passages in which we are addressed as God’s people, “You are…”
There are multiple ways you may access this Lenten devotional and share it with friends and family within and beyond our congregation:
